Product Care

Our pieces are handmade from high-fired stoneware and porcelain, making them durable and suitable for everyday use. To help your ceramics last a lifetime,

please follow these care guidelines:

Dishwasher and Microwave

Most pieces are dishwasher and microwave safe. However, to extend the life of your ceramics, hand washing is recommended, especially for more delicate forms like jugs or pieces with fine handles. Please note that pieces with gold luster cannot be put in the dishwasher or microwave.

Oven Use

Our stoneware can tolerate oven temperatures, but be sure to avoid sudden thermal shock, for example, placing a cold item into a hot oven. Always place ceramics into a cold oven and allow them to warm up gradually.

Temperature Changes

Avoid rapid changes in temperature, which can cause cracking. Do not pour boiling liquids into cold mugs or place hot ceramics directly onto cold or wet surfaces.

Gold Luster Care

If your porcelain pieces have gold metallic luster finishes do not use them in the oven or microwave and hand wash only.

Cleaning and Stain Removal

Most stains will wash away easily, but for stubborn stains or marks, baking soda and warm water would work well. Try to avoid abrasive pads or metal scrubbers, which may scratch the surface.

Handmade

Each piece is made by hand, and slight variations in glaze or shape are normal. These natural imperfections are a hallmark of artisanal quality and reflect the individuality of each piece.
