Our stoneware can be used in the oven, but it's essential to avoid thermal shock. Always place the piece in a cold oven and allow it to heat gradually. Never transfer a hot piece directly to a cold surface or vice versa.
We’re currently focused on our curated collections and do not typically take on individual custom orders, as this helps us maintain the quality and consistency of our work. However, we’re happy to discuss larger collaborations or bespoke orders for businesses. If you're a brand, shop, or hospitality client interested in working together, feel free to get in touch.
We restock the shop as we make new pieces, which means there’s no fixed schedule just yet. Each item is handmade in small batches, so availability varies. The best way to stay updated on new releases is to subscribe to our newsletter
All orders are shipped from our studio in Valencia, Spain, using UPS for reliable and timely delivery.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. Please refer to our Returns Policy page for detailed information.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
For unglazed or matte surfaces, avoid using abrasive cleaners. Clean with a soft sponge and mild detergent. Over time, these surfaces may develop a natural patina, adding to their unique character.
