Every floor we make is designed around your brand and built by hand in our Valencia studio. We want you to know exactly what you’re paying for before we begin, so here is how our pricing works, step by step.
Example Project 1. Hotel Lumier
An entrance design for a boutique hotel,
120 × 100 cm (1.2 m²). The hotel’s monogram is laid in black porcelain inside a gold glass arch, set into a white background of our smallest 12 mm tiles and scattered with deep red accents. Because the logo sits within a border and a patterned background, this is a Classic piece.

1. Design & Layout
Before a single tile is cut, we turn your logo and brand colours into a mosaic layout drawn specifically for your space. We match your colours to our porcelain palette, rebuild the fine lines and curves of your logo in tile, and map out every piece at full scale.
We work from your existing logo and brand colours. We don’t create logos or brand identities, our work is translating yours faithfully into mosaic.
The design fee is paid when you book, and it includes two revision rounds so the layout is exactly right before we begin

Please send your logo as a vector file (AI, SVG, EPS or PDF). If you only have an image or a photo of your logo, we can redraw it for you at €60 per hour.
2. Feature Pieces
A feature piece is the mosaic your customers see first، an entrance mat, your name at the door, a logo set into the floor. Every tile is chosen, cut and placed by hand to match your design exactly.
Every feature piece is built around your existing name or logo. The price per m² depends on what surrounds it: the more cutting and shaping each tile needs, the more hours of handwork go into it.

Where your piece sits within its range depends on a few things:
- Tile size: our smallest 12 mm tiles hold far more pieces per m² than our standard 2 cm tiles.
- Detail in your logo: fine lettering, thin lines and tight curves need more cut tiles.
- How much of the piece is logo: a logo that fills most of the mat takes longer than one set in a wide background.
- Number of colours: every added colour means more sorting, cutting and checking.
- Shape of the piece: curved or irregular outlines, or fitting around door frames and steps.
- Size: pieces under 1 m² sit at the top of their range, as design and set-up are shared over a smaller area.
If a design would go beyond the top of its range, it moves up to the next tier rather than costing more. Larger or exceptionally intricate Bespoke projects are quoted individually.
3. Field Pattern
Our field patterns carry the mosaic beyond the entrance and across your floor. They can surround your feature piece, run through a bar or dining room, or be added to later as your venue grows.
Choose a pattern from our house collection, or we can design a repeat in your own brand colours. Every pattern is kept on file, so extending your floor, fitting out a second venue or replacing a damaged section is simple.

4. Optional Extras
Colour and detail sample (30 × 30 cm): €120. See and feel your colours in porcelain before we begin. The cost is credited against your order if you go ahead.
5. Package & Delivery
Once your mosaic is finished, we cut it into numbered sheets and pack it in a sturdy wooden crate, together with a layout map so your tiler knows exactly where each sheet goes.
- Crating, numbering and layout map: €180 for pieces up to 3 m². Larger orders are quoted individually.
- Shipping and insurance: charged at cost and quoted for your address. We ship internationally, ready to install wherever your business is.
For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes are paid by the client.
6. Installation
Your mosaic arrives ready to install by your own tiler. Installation itself is not included in our prices, but we’re with you through it.
On-site support day: €480 plus travel, with us on site alongside your tiler.
Installation guide: included with every order.
Video call support during installation: €60 per hour.
7. How Payment Works
- On booking: the design & layout fee.
- When you approve the layout: 50% of the making cost. This lets us order your tiles in the exact colours needed.
- Before dispatch: the remaining balance, plus packing and shipping.
Our minimum order is €1,500. Quotes are valid for 30 days, and the lead time for your piece is stated on each quote. All prices exclude VAT (IVA).

A restaurant entrance mat of 1.5 × 1.5 m (2.25 m²), with the restaurant’s logo set into the floor:
